Return and Refund Policy for QuickClickGoods.com

At QuickClickGoods.com, we offer a return policy for items that arrive damaged or are missing upon delivery. Our policy is as follows:

Eligibility for Returns: You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • Items or parts are missing from the order.

Please note: Returns are accepted solely for damaged items or missing products. We do not accept returns for other reasons, including personal preference, incorrect orders, or change of mind.

Guidelines for Returns & Replacements:

  1. For any issues of damage or missing items, please raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photographic evidence by sharing clear images, including:
    • Exterior and interior images of the packaging.
    • Damaged product images (videography is preferred).
    • An image of the shipping label.
  3. For items that appear empty or have quantity issues, share a video of the package opening with our customer care team.

Ineligible Returns: We cannot process returns if:

  • The request is made more than 7 days after delivery.
  • The product has been used, damaged by the customer, or has missing packaging, labels, or tags.
  • The item was sold as part of a set or combo and cannot be returned individually.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been dispatched. Once dispatched, only return guidelines apply. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after processing.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, eligible refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days via NEFT or UPI transfer. Please provide your banking details for this transfer.
